Service packages group together our most-requested repairs and adjustments and represent a significant discount from à la carte. We also offer à la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. At this time we can not service recumbents, adult trikes, or most electric-assist tandems. We will perform mechanical work on e-bikes not purchased here, however due to the questionable component quality of many direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-bikes we will not alter the condition of any connectors on any non-Specialized or Salsa e-bike, or bikes without a Bosch, Mahle, or Fazua motor or controller. The customer will be solely responsible for unplugging power or transmission cables to rear hub motors, throttle assemblies, etc. We are happy to provide guidance on those operations as necessary. Any e-bikes requiring overnight storage MUST have UL 2849 certification or be left with their batteries removed.

Adjust Derailleur

Hub Overhaul

Remove axle and all bearings. Thorough cleaning of cones and races/bearing bores, freehub body, and any internal mechanism. Reassemble with new bearings, fresh grease, and perfect preload adjustment. All parts additional.
Wheel True

Wheel Build

Install Brake

Wheel Surcharge

Re-installation of a wheel in the bike requires us to ensure minimum and adequate brake and shift function afterward. To avoid this charge, we recommend that all customers requesting wheel-oriented À La Carte services take this responsibility upon themselves.
